Conclude this proof of concept with a 30 min Teams meeting with an application scientist. Our protein solutions team has a hitrate larger than 80%, when expressing proteins that other systems has difficulties with, because we use ALiCE®.
Example of protein groups that we have expressed: Ferlins, VHH, VLP, tetrameric therapeutic antibodies, GPCRs, Viral antigens etc.
Standard deliverables, included in the price per construct, are:
- ALiCE® lysate needed for the study in our labfacilities
- Plasmid constructs for the expression
- Time needed by the application specialist to perform the study including SDS + WB and concentration analysis
- A report in pdf format providing you with our findings plus 30 min review with the application specialist
